As Head of People Analytics & Insights at FrieslandCampina — one of the world's largest dairy cooperatives — I lead the charge in translating workforce data into strategic action. My work spans the full analytics lifecycle: from designing data infrastructure and building high-performing teams, to championing AI governance and fostering a culture where data informs every decision.
With a Ph.D. from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and cross-industry experience spanning food & beverage, energy, consultancy, banking, and the public sector, I bring a rare combination of academic rigour and hands-on operational impact. I believe the best analytics work happens when technical excellence meets human context — when we build systems that people can trust, understand, and act on.
